AI Visibility Management for B2B SaaS
Ensure your brand is the answer. Measured monthly.
Today's buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude before they ever visit your website. If your brand isn't in the answer, you're becoming invisible to your most qualified prospects.
What we do: we ask the AI tools the questions your buyers ask, read what they actually say about you and your competitors, fix what's making them skip you — and show you the number, every month, in plain English.

01 The Report One page, every month
This is the deliverable Sample data
Every month, one page. Your score — of the 20–50 questions your buyers ask AI before buying — what changed since last month, the top fixes, and what we did. You never have to open a dashboard.
AI visibility — monthly report · sample
[Your brand] · 20–50 buyer questions · ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude
| Question your buyers ask | ChatGPT | Perplexity | Gemini | Claude | Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| “best [category] for [use case]” | Named #2 | Not named | Named #4 | Mentioned, no link | ▲ improved |
| “[your product] vs [competitor]” | Not named | Named #1 | Named #2 | Named #3 | — flat |
| “[competitor] alternatives” | Named #3 | Named #2 | Not named | Not named | ▼ declined — fix queued |
What changed
- “best [category]…”: now named by Gemini (last month only mentioned); Claude named it for the first time.
- “[competitor] alternatives”: down — the competitor published a pricing page, and the answers now read it.
- “[your product] vs [competitor]” (ChatGPT): still not named. The answer's sources didn't change — we're missing content it needs. Tracked since month 2.
Top 3 fixes
- Pricing transparency pass — verified against next month's check.
- Deepen the comparison page: the three trade-off sections the competitor covers.
- Security/compliance page with named, concrete claims.
What we did
- Fixed how AI tools read the site: a reader file (llms.txt) and structured data on the pricing and three comparison pages.
- Plain-English rewrites plus comparison tables on the top five pages: 3 of 5 done, 2 in progress.
- Review-platform gap carried to next month — waiting on customer consent, reason noted.
Sample data — illustrative rows, not live results for any real brand. Your report uses your real questions and the actual answers, quoted word for word.
02 How it works No meetings, no jargon, no dashboard for you to babysit
How it works, in plain English
We sit down (by email) and list the 20–50 questions your buyers ask AI before they buy — “best [category] for [use case]”, “[you] vs [competitor]”, “[competitor] alternatives”. These are the moments where not being named costs you the deal.
We ask every question in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, and record the full answer — word for word. Including what the answer says about you, and who it names instead.
Not named in 14 of 50? We find out why: a comparison page that's missing, pricing that's not on the site, reviews that don't exist, an answer page that's too thin. Every gap gets a plain-English explanation, not a flag.
On your site — pages, structure, how AI tools read it. Off your site — reviews, comparisons, the places these answers pull from. Every fix is checked against next month's results, so you can see whether it worked.
One page, every month: your score, what changed, what we did, what's next. If the number doesn't move, you get a straight explanation of why — not a dashboard.
03 Why a managed service A dashboard tells you what. A partner does what
Why you need a partner, not just a tool
Tools only give you data
You can buy an AI-visibility dashboard for $29–99/mo. It will show you where you're not named — and then wait. The tool does nothing about it.
We make the call and do the work
Out of 30 findings, which three actually move your deals? That's a judgment call, and then someone has to fix the pages, the reviews, the comparison content. We make the call and we do the work — and we show the evidence.
One person owns the number
You get one accountable owner, a plain-English report, and one number that either moves or is explained. That's the whole deal.
The market data, sourced
04 Pricing Published, flat, no surprises
Predictable pricing, published up front.
US agencies charge a median of $6,850/mo for this work. We run it leaner: a one-time setup, then a flat monthly fee. Both prices are on the page — that's the quote.
Getting started
- We agree the 20–50 questions your buyers ask AI
- Your questions asked across all four AI tools, answers recorded
- Your first report: your score, the gaps, the plan
- The first fixes done (the “reader file” for AI tools, structured data)
Monthly service
- Every question re-asked monthly; the number compared to last month
- Your one-page report: score, changes, fixes, plan
- Fixes implemented and verified against next month's results
- Quarterly review: what to double down on, what to drop
Everything runs by email — no meetings, no standups, no dashboards for you. And we don't promise AI referral traffic volume: the published data says it's too small to promise. We promise the number above, moved or explained every month.
05 Writing Every number names its source
Measured, written up
Data, measurement guides and honest breakdowns from building the stack. Every number names its source; sample data is labeled.

Is AI search optimization worth it for B2B SaaS? A decision framework, not a sales pitch
A three-gate decision framework for B2B SaaS founders: do buyers ask AI about your category, are competitors cited without you, can you measure it?

06 FAQ Straight answers, no promises
Asked, answered
How do we start?
Email hello@aecited.com with your company and a sentence or two on what you sell. We reply within one business day with a short plan — the questions we'd track, your first measurement, the number. You approve it by replying; then the setup fee covers the rest. No pitch deck, no sales call.
What do you need from me?
Email replies. Access to your website or CMS for the fixes (or access to your developer — we can send them plain-English instructions). No meetings; if a 20-minute intro call helps, it's your call, not ours.
How soon will I see results?
Your first report lands within about two weeks of starting. The number itself moves month by month — AI answers change when the content behind them changes, and some fixes (reviews, third-party pages) take a quarter to land. What you get from month one: a number you own, and an honest read on where the gaps are.
Do you promise AI referral traffic?
No. We don't promise AI referral traffic volume — the published data says it's too small to promise. We sell presence and measurement: a number you can defend, moved or explained every month.
Why is this cheaper than US agencies?
The measurement tooling is open-source and costs us about $10/mo per client. AECITED is an India-based one-person practice, priced as operations, not analysis. For context, US agency surveys (First Page Sage, Oct 2026) put the median AI-visibility retainer at $6,850/mo.
Is the sample report real?
The table on this page is clearly labeled sample data — illustrative rows, not live results for any real brand. Your report uses your real questions and the actual answers, quoted word for word.
